I was referred to Dawna by a mutual friend when I started looking for my dream retirement beach house in Cayucos. Our journey together took three years with lots of looking and discussions to finally find me the perfect house. I can't thank Dawna and her amazing Executive Assistant Jodi for all of their patience, helpfulness and hard work on my quest to find the perfect home. Both Dawna and Jodi made me feel like they had all of the time in the world for me when I called with questions or concerns. Dawna is always cheerful and such a pleasure to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to use Dawna again and I did.... I used Dawna to sell my Paso Robles home after I purchased my new home. I'm not sure that anything I could write could do justice to how my wife and I feel about the incredible service we received from Dawna and her assistant Jodi. My wife and I were considering different places to live and came across San Luis Obispo in our search.  Dawna was recommended highly by a friend of a friend, so we reached out, and I was immediately impressed by how much time she took to understand what was important to us.  

Despite her having no assurances on us actually moving to SLO, she wanted us to have the best possible experience and took us on a 2.5hr driving tour of SLO county, giving us detailed information about each city we drove through. At the end of the tour, she wished us well, wasn't pushy, and said she was happy to help.

Months later, once we decided to move to SLO, Dawna did a phenomenal job helping us narrow in on the right neighborhood and ultimately the right home.  She NEVER complained about the countless calls she fielded from us or tours she took us on. Once we were ready, she held our hand throughout the purchase process.  She helped us make the right offer from a calm state, got us excellent inspectors and contractors to give us clarity during escrow, and finally helped us with all the dynamics of negotiating and closing on time and schedule.

After escrow closed, she continued to help by removing personal property the seller left around and being available for any questions we continue to have about contractors to restaurant recommendations.

A true pearl - Dawna made the selling of our home and buying of our "new" home a truly painless and easy experience.
